You don't hear much about animals involved in Role Exchanger swaps. Animal participants are rare enough that because Matt had heard of the ball of blue flying around mixing people's traits, he thought he knew what to expect when he saw a blue flash and was suddenly frozen in place. But he certainly never thought he'd trade sizes, ears, and sexes with a nearby mouse doe. He huddled, terrified to find himself in rags on the floor, while a 5-foot long rodent buck scuttles away.
