I got the Bimbo Virus and lost all my hard-won bulk I had as a gym bro! My old gym friends have been so supportive though: explaining how I should remove my clothes to "better track my gains" and giving hands on advice on proper posture and form. I 'specially get attention on "chest days." See? I've been working on my pecs for weeks… but they're still very soft. Hmm. How do you think I should thank the boys for their help?
