Membership prices and entry ticket costs for Bikini Beach were too rich for Troy's budget and yet the favorable ratio of women to men entering the park was such a temptation. Troy decided to hop the park's fence. Surely once he was in the park amongst the crowd, no one would check for his entry reciept!
What he didn't know is that Bikini Beach treated it's entire water supply with a potion turning any male member's body female. New members were offered bikini tops by the owner or her daughter that secretly allowed them greater control over the change. Because he bypassed that safeguard, the magic ran its course without guidance, turning Troy into a half-naked alterego many would simply call a bimbo.
