Stan was among the majority of the world's population affected by the Great Shift and he shifted into a beautiful 30 year old brunette woman.
Several months later the world had calmed considerably. Stan was finally feeling comfortable in his own (new) skin and decided to get some house renovation done.
Because he just spent an immense amount of money on an entire new wardrobe he didn't want to get paint on any of it. Therefore he chose to wear only an old pair of pants while painting.
Stan's unshifted housemate certainly had no complaints!
