At one point Petra may have wanted to take the pitcher in her hand and smash it into Ryan's face. Ryan was the only one that could turn Petra back into Phil - or at least let him wear clothes.
Phil discovered a copy of the Master PC program and had been using it to improve his own life in many small ways but because he left the "reality change" checkbox unchecked, his friend noticed the impossible changes.
Ryan discovered that the computer program could affect others and rewrite reality so others never noticed his extreme changes. All his fantasies could be realized!
But the power went to his head. He locked the program so only he could use it and gave himself a very comfortable life with a large tropical mansion and made Phil his live-in girlfriend who found all clothing too restrictive.
At first it ruined their friendship but eventually Petra found she still had quite a bit of indirect control by manipulating her boyfriend. She convinced Ryan to move south so she could safely venture outside unclothed year-round. Nightly she enjoyed persuading Ryan into making the latest improvement in their lives.
