I grew up chubby and when I started college I gained the customary "freshman 15." Pulling all-nighters (and snacking to keep focus) didn't help my poor physique and I graduated weighing around 250lb.
When my wife & I got pregnant, I decided I wanted to be alive for as much of my daughter's life as I could and changed my diet & began training for a sprint triathlon.
Then the Great Shift happened and I found myself in a body even more overweight than my own! That hasn't been the only challenge though: My wife is now missing (we don't know where she shifted) and the poor boy in her body now has needed a ton of help.
Look at my progress though! I think I'll be ready for the race next month and my daughter's birth the month after that.
