Every 90 days or so, I slip into a new alternate universe. Each new universe I visit is more divergent from my original than the last - and in the last one everybody had cat ears & tails!
3 months isn't nearly long enough for me to implement any meaningful research into what's happening (I'd have to restart from scratch each time) so I should probably just resign myself to a fate of increasingly interesting multiversal experiences.
This latest variation has been my favorite so far though: here, all women are born without arms (and I was born female!) Men in this society developed therefore to be even more assertive and controlling and they view their women as property to control, use, & protect. But my husband has been so good to me, I'll truly miss this universe when I leave!
