Noah was unceremoniously transformed into Caroline by his longtime school rival, Clarence, over a single feverish night, using a fully unlocked copy of Master PC. Clarence adjusted nearly every attribute in the program and barely anything remained of Noah by morning except for the memory of his life to this point as a cocky boy. Overlooking this didn't endanger the other changes though, due to Clarence remembering to check the "universal change" checkbox. The world thought Caroline was supposed to be exactly as she was now. Caroline knew she grew up as Noah but even she didn't think there was anything wrong with remaining unclothed all day and dancing for her boyfriend Clarence to get his attention.
